Rustic Root, already a favorite in Downtown San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, is bringing its unique blend of vibrant ambiance and modern American comfort food to North County! Set to open in February 2025, Rustic Root Solana Beach is where families, locals, and tourists alike can gather for a meal that’s as satisfying as it is memorable.

Designed by the brilliant local talents at Davis Ink and Arch5 Studio, the space offers a contemporary coastal vibe that perfectly matches the charm of this oceanfront community. With seating for 125 guests, the restaurant features both indoor and outdoor dining options, including an expansive indoor-outdoor bar overlooking Highway 101. Whether you’re looking for a cozy date night spot or a family-friendly atmosphere, we’ve got you covered.

At Rustic Root Solana Beach, our menu is crafted with one goal in mind: to make you crave your next visit before you’ve even finished your meal. Guests can enjoy beloved classics like Chicken Pot Pie and Pork & Ricotta Meatballs, along with signature dishes from our Downtown San Diego location, such as the rich and indulgent Lobster Pappardelle.
